The demand for anthracite-colored letterbox systems has increased enormously in recent years. Matching this we offer a large part of our bell and letterbox systems in this color. The advantage of a powder coating is its robustness and insensitivity to external influences. In this variant, a powder in the desired color is electrostatically applied to the metallic surface and in an oven between 150 ° and 200 ° Celsius. We use the color for our plants RAL 7016.
Cleaning
In contrast to ground stainless steel, cleaning of powder-coated systems does not have to take place so frequently. In addition, we also recommend in this variant, a regular care to remove attaching dirt and rust. This guarantees a high longevity and a fresh look on the first day.
