\nYou can cancel your contract within two weeks without giving reasons in writing (for example letter, fax, e-mail) or by returning the goods. The period begins at the earliest with receipt of this instruction. To maintain the cancellation period, the timely dispatch of the revocation or the thing is sufficient. consequences of Withdrawal<\/strong>
\nIn the case of an effective cancellation, the mutually received benefits shall be returned and any benefits (such as interest) incurred. If you can not give us back the service received in whole or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, you may have to pay us compensation. This does not apply to the surrender of goods if the deterioration of the item is solely attributable to its examination – as would have been possible in a shop, for example. Incidentally, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation by not using the item as your property and refraining from anything that affects its value. Transportable items are to be sent back. Non-parcels are picked up at your place. You have to bear the cost of the return, if the delivered item corresponds to the ordered and if the price of the item to be returned does not exceed an amount of 40 euros or if you are at a higher price of the item at the time of withdrawal has not received the consideration or a contract agreed partial payment. 7.1 Delivery is within Be \/ NL \/ Lux and Austria. ( Other countries on request )<\/p>\n

7.2 We refer to the general delivery times on the respective product page.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

8.1 Payment is made by cash on delivery, invoice, bank transfer, direct debit or credit card.<\/p>\n

8.2 When selecting the payment method in advance, we will give you our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.<\/p>\n

8.3 You are only entitled to set-off if your counterclaims are legally established by a court or undisputed or have been acknowledged in writing by us.<\/p>\n

8.4 You can only exercise a right of retention if the claims result from the same contractual relationship.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
